These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Enerico Energy. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Enerico Energy provides Solar EPC services including residential, commercial & industrial solar installation, government subsidy assistance, net metering, AMC, and supply of solar equipment.

Quotations are valid for 30 days, based on site survey findings, exclusive of GST unless stated. Online estimates are indicative only.

Installation timelines are estimates. The client must ensure site access. Our MNRE-certified engineers comply with IS standards. A completion certificate is provided upon commissioning.

Enerico Energy provides: 5-year workmanship warranty, 25-year solar panel performance warranty, 5-year inverter warranty, and 10-year mounting structure warranty.

Standard schedule: 30% advance, 60% on material delivery, 10% on commissioning. Accepted via NEFT/RTGS/UPI/Cheque. GST invoices provided for all payments.

As a customer you agree to provide accurate information, ensure site suitability, obtain necessary permissions, and notify us promptly of any system issues.

All website content and technical designs are the property of Enerico Energy. You may not reproduce or exploit any content without written permission.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect damages or delays caused by force majeure events.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. We encourage direct resolution before legal proceedings.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
